What to include in a service request

For service or spare parts, provide the equipment model and the serial number from its rating plate. Include the installation location and an available contact person.

Describe what you observed and when it started. Photographs of the rating plate and affected area, together with any displayed messages, help the team make an initial assessment.

Next steps and any required parts are agreed after reviewing your information. Electrical and refrigerant circuit work should be performed by qualified personnel.
